Refund Policy

In general there will be no refunds. Where there are extenuating circumstances, a refund can be applied for by writing (within seven days of the purchase) to: Appleby Castle Entertainment Limited, Appleby Castle, Cumbria CA16 6XH. All applications for a refund will be at the discretion of the management.
